Pray For Me

UPDATE 2:

I went to Dr. Melin's office in Wilmington today to get the results of the test that were done on my spine. Praise God!!! I do not need surgery. Thank God, I do not have a bone spur at C5 or anywhere else nor do I have a herniated disk. All that the test showed was a slight bulge over the hardware that is in my neck. And it is not touching anything. My nerves looked good. My hardware looked real good. God is such a powerful and loving Father. I am so thankful for him and what he does for me. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. I am doing so well. I do have some pain that is due to a previous operation. Dr. Melin's office is going to send a tens unit to me to use for a month then I will return to discuss physical therapy for muscle management. I thank God for blessing me with health and strength.

UPDATE:

I was sent to see a neurosurgeon, Dr. Melin, who sent me to have a myelogram. Dye was injected into the sac in my spine. X-rays were taken before and after the dye was injected and then I was given a ct scan. I will get the test results when I go back to see the surgeon May 14. Please keep me in your prayers and pray for my healing. I thank God for his power and miraculous healing.

Everyone who will, keep me in your prayers. I am going to see a back surgeon Monday, April 14, 2014. I have a bone spur pressed against my spine, it is at C5 and under a medal plate which was put there in a previous surgery. I have no doubt that I am in my Father's hands.

In December 2010 I had back surgery. When I first went to the back surgeon he did not believe that the mri disk that I took to him belonged to me. He said that there was not enough wrong with me, not enough visible side effects from all that the mri showed was wrong. I told him that God takes care of me but that did not convince him. He had me take a more extensive test which showed that there was more wrong with me than the mri showed. I had three herniated disks, three bone spurs, spinal canal stenosis, spinal cord impingement in two different place;, one was from a bone spur, the other from a herniated disks, and I had several pinched and damaged nerves. Praise God he protected me from the effects of the damage that was in my neck and he protected me all through surgery and blessed the hands of the surgeon. I have been doing great.

Due to pain in my neck, at the base of my skull, and in my head; I was given an mri. The mri showed the bone spur pressed against my spinal cord. I am going to see the same surgeon. I am in my Father's hands. He will heal me and make me whole. Thank you for praying and believing with me.

Put Away Leaven Out Of Your Houses

Exodus 12:15 Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel.

I read an article about a custom that the Jewish people perform every Passover. The head of the household lights a candle and carries it through the house in search of any products that are leavened (contain yeast) by the light of the candle only. Each thing that is found which contains leaven right down to the smallest crumb is found with joy and a feather is used to sweep the crumbs into a bag. This search is continued until the very last crumb is found and removed. The next morning each Jewish family burns their bag of leaven.

This ceremony demonstrates how we are to be cleansed from sin. The candle symbolizes the word of God which searches our hearts for pride and arrogance. The feather symbolizes the work of the Holy Spirit sweeping the sin away. The fire symbolizes how God destroys the leaven (sin).
It is important to remove sin from our heart and life. The more we study God’s word and apply it to our mind, heart, and life the stronger we become in him. Studying his word, praying without ceasing, and singing psalms and hymns helps us keep our mind on God and his word instead of worldly things.

II Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

In the Bible the word leaven is used to represent sin, pride, arrogance, and false teachings. Just as a small amount of leaven (yeast) eats through a whole lump of dough, sin in our heart can eventually consume us and be our downfall or a stumbling block to others.

I Corinthians 5:6-8 Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

We are cleansed by the blood of our Lord and Savior, the Messiah, Jesus Christ. We through faith are forgiven of our sins. We are made righteous. Righteousness is our God given ability to stand in his presence without a sense of sin, guilt or condemnation.

John 3:14-21 (14) And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: (15) That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. (16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (17) For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (18) He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (19) And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. (20) For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, least his deeds should be reproved. (21) But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be manifest, that they are wrought in God.

John 10:27-30 (27) My sheep (believers) hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: (28) And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. (29) My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. (30) I and my Father are one.

I pray that God opens the minds and hearts of all people to know and understand his word, his love, and his gifts of salvation and grace.

Who Is God - A Bible Study

God is the Lord God Almighty:
Genesis 17:1  I the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

Exodus 6:3  And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.

Revelation 1:8  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

God is the Creator of All:

Nehemiah 9:6  Thou, even thou, art Lord alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.

Isaiah 45:8  Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the Lord have created it.

Colossians 1:16  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him.

God is the Father:

1 Corinthians 8:6  But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

2 Corinthians 1:3  Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Mercies, and the God of all comfort;

Luke 23:46  And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

God is Eternal:

Jeremiah 10:10  But the Lord is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting King: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation.

Psalm 90:2  Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.

1 Timothy 6:15, 16  Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach into; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

He is Immutable:

Psalm 33:11  The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Numbers 23:19  God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Psalm 119:89  For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.

God is Omniscient.

Psalm 147:5  Great is our Lord, and of great power his understanding is infinite.

Psalm 33:13, 14  The Lord looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men. From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.

Proverbs 15:3  The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

God is Omnipresent:

Psalm 139:7-10  Whither shall I go from thy spirit?: or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou are there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

Jeremiah 23:23  Am I a God at hand, saith the Lord, and not a God afar off:

Acts 17:27  That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from everyone of us:

God is Omnipotent:

Mathew 19:26  But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Revelation 1:8  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Revelation 19:6  And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

God is invisible:

John 1:18  No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

John 5:37  And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.

1 Timothy 1:17  Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

God is unsearchable.

Job 26:14  Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? But the thunder of his power who can understand it?

Psalm 145:3  Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

Romans 11:33  O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God? How unsearchable are his judgements, and his ways past finding out?

God is Unknown…:
Job 36:26 Behold, God is great, and we know him not, neither can the number of his years be searched out.

Job 37:5  God thundereth marvelously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.

Psalm 40:5  Many, O Lord my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

Yet Revealed:

Matthew 11:27  All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.

1 Corinthians 2:10-16  But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

1 John 5:20  And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

Leviticus 19:2  Speak unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the Lord your God am holy.

Isaiah 43:15  I am the Lord, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.

I Peter 1:15, 16  But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

He is Just:

Deuteronomy 32:4  He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgement: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

Psalm 89:14  Justice and judgement are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.

Revelation 16:7  And I heard another out of the alter say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgements.

God is Impartial, Faithful, and True:

Deuteronomy 10:17  For the Lord your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward.

Deuteronomy 7:9  Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;

1 Kings 8:24  Who hast kept with thy servant David my father that thou promisedest him: thou spakest also with thy mouth, and hast fulfilled it with thine hand, as it is this day.

God is Loving, Good, and Merciful:

1 John 4:8  He that loveth not, knoweth not God; for God is love.

Psalm 86:5  For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

Lamentations 3:22  It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are  not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

Deuteronomy 4:29  For the Lord thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.

Psalm 78:58  For they provoked him to anger with their high  places, and moved him to jealously with their graven images.

God is a Searcher of Hearts:

Psalm 44:21  Shall not God search this out? For he knoweth the secrets of the heart.

Jeremiah 17:10 I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Acts 1:24  And they prayed and said, Thou, Lord, which knoweth the hearts of men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen.

God is a Disposer of Events:

Genesis 31:29  It is in the power of my hand to do you hurt: but the God of your father spake unto me yesternight, saying, Take thou heed that thou speak not to Jacob either good or bad.

Proverbs 16:9  A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps.

John 7:30  Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come.

God is Supreme Judge:

Psalm 9:8  And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgement to the people in uprightness.

Psalm 50:4  He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.

1 Corinthians 4:4, 5  For I know nothing by myself, yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord. Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord  come, who both will bring light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

God’s Glory Manifested in Power, Holiness, and Majesty:

1 Chronicles 16:27  Glory and honour are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place.

Psalm 93:1  The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the Lord is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

Isaiah 40:15  Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance, behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing.

God Exhibited in Christ:

John 1:14  And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

2 Corinthians 4:6  For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 1:2, 3  Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.

God’s Free Gift to Man:

Romans 8:32  He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things.

John 4:10  Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith unto thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

Romans 5:16, 17  And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgement which was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.

He is Faithful to Forgive.

There are two kinds of sinner, those who are saved by the blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and those who have not yet been saved. According to the word of God, the Holy Bible, we are all sinners and come short of the glory of God.
Romans 3:23  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Do not be confused. It is not by works that we are saved and free from all sin, it is by the grace of God.
Ephesians 2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
We have to work at living our life according to God’s word. It is not easy. And it is impossible to live without sin. So why try? What do we gain if we cannot be perfect? We gain strength, faith, knowledge, patience, perseverance and so much more. We are not alone in this struggle to be good and perfect. You can find many examples of men and women of God who sinned and who failed miserably. But they did not give up. They had faith in God and they kept trying. Regardless of what got in their way.
2 Corinthians 12:9, 10  And He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
Being a Christian is an attitude. To be Christian minded we have to know what God expects from us and what we can expect from Him. We have to learn how to be a Christian and what is the acceptable way for us to live our lives.
2 Timothy 2:15  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
When we ask God to come into our lives and our hearts we are changed spiritually. But the carnal man is still there. We still have to contend with our flesh and blood person. The apostle Paul tells us about his personal battle with himself.
Romans 7:15-23  For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil Is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
Hallelujah! How much plainer can Paul get than that? Our spirit is willing. Praise God that He knows that our spirit is willing. Praise God! He knows our heart. Praise God! We are living under a period of grace and through faith and strength in Him we are forgiven of our sins. He does not hold it against us. Do not let the devil trick you out of anything because you are worrying about something that you could not help.
Romans 8:1  There is therefore now no condemnation to  them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
What happens when you realize that you messed up? You feel it tugging at your heart. You have got to get it off your chest and off your mind. So what do you do?
1 John 1:8, 9  If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
So we gave to be honest with ourselves and with God. Yes, I did that. I sinned. I was wrong. We have to confess our sins to God. We have to say to God I messed up. I sinned. We have to have faith in God. We have to believe His word. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We have got to believe Him. We have got to let it go and move forward. Remember, there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus.
Those of you who are heavy laden with sin guilt, trust God. Give your burdens to God and let Him set you free. Do you believe in God and that God gave His son so that we can have everlasting life?
John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Praise God! All that we have got to do is believe. Believe God. Believe in God.
Romans 10:9, 10  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
It is that simple. All of your sins have been wiped away.
Hebrews 11:6  But without faith it is impossible to please him; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
We are no longer under the law but under grace. Jesus gave us two commandments.
Mark 12:29-31  And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

Jesus Our Sacrificial Lamb

Passover was instituted to commemorate the saving of the Hebrew firstborn in Egypt at the time when God, smiting with death the firstborn of the Egyptians, passed over the houses of the Jews, which were marked with the blood of a lamb. [Exodus 12:17, 24-30 KJV And ye shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies (crowds of people) out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations by an ordinance for ever. And ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance to thee and to thy sons for ever. And it shall come to pass, when ye be come to the land which the Lord will give you, according as he hath promised, that ye shall keep this service. And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service? That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of the Lord's Passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the head and worshipped. And the children of Israel went away, and did as the Lord had commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they. And it came to pass, that at midnight the Lord smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle. And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead. ] Pharaoh let the Jews leave Egypt. Then he went back on his word and went after them to bring them back to Egypt. God parted the Red Sea and allowed the Jews to pass through on dry ground. But when the Egyptians followed God allowed the water to crash down on the Egyptians and kill them.

The son of the one true God, Jesus Christ, celebrated the Passover until he himself became the paschal lamb. To the Christian(believer), Passover sets forth the great fact and consequences of the sacrifice of God’s only begotten son, Jesus Christ, in the shedding of his blood for the remission of our sins that we may have eternal life with him in heaven. [I Corinthians 5:7-8 KJV Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. ]

In the book of John we read how God made everlasting life possible for us who believe. [John 3:16 KJV For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. ] To become a believer you need only to do what is written in the book of Romans in the Holy Bible.[ Romans 8:8-13 KJV But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shalt be saved.
John 14:26 KJV of The Holy Bible But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

God Protected Me

In December 2010, God saw me through a very extensive operation on my cervical spine. I nor doctors had any idea why I was in so much pain or had certain problems. I prayed for God to heal me.  I got, yet, ''another job' to try to help my husband make ends meet. I wasn't living in fellowship with God at the time. I believed in God and loved him with all of my heart but not with all my mind and spirit as we are told to do. I prayed every day. I saw him in everything beautiful. But I lived to work, take care of my husband and children, make the house perfect, and other things. I didn't put God first in my life.

When an MRI was done of my cervical spine it showed three herniated disk, spinal cord impingement, and spinal canal stenosis. I prayed and  believed God for my healing. I learned to do yoga to improve my body. I learned how to meditate. I learned how to fast, pray and fellowship with God in my heart, mind and spirit. I learned how to love myself and to forgive myself for past sins and transgressions that God had forgiven me from but I hadn't forgiven myself from. I learned how to control my thoughts. I think that was the hardest thing that I have ever had to learn how to do. Controlling our mind is so important and necessary for positive believing and believing God for a miracle.

When the results of the MRI were received I was sent to see a surgeon. Upon examining me and looking over my MRI he didn't believe that the MRI was mine. He had a much more extensive test done that required dye to be injected into my spinal cord and more images to be taken. That test showed that there was more wrong with me than the MRI did. I didn't have any kind of curve in my neck. I had several pinched and damaged nerves. I also had spinal cord impingement to a terrible degree from a bone spur. I was given a collar to wear before surgery because I was at such high risk of becoming paralyzed from my spinal cord being severed by the bone spur. God protected me from so much and ye,t I experienced just enough to get back to right believing and being right with him.

Praise God for protecting me. Praise God for using the physical condition brought on by past accidents, past bullying, and other things to bring me closer to him. Through it all I was able to stop being spiteful. I was able to forgive others. I was able to love people with compassion who had hurt me, used me or hurt someone close to me. I had lived through so much heart ache. I had lost trust in so many people due to their hurtful actions and words, and deceit. I felt so alone in my pain. Once again, I learned to love through Jesus' eyes and not my own understanding. Once again, I learned how to worship God in heart, mind and spirit. Once again, I was able to gain control of my mind and emotions. I was no longer defeated by everything bad or negative that happened to me. My actions were no longer based on how I felt.

God showed me that there was a better way than mine to deal with life's messes, disappointments and heart ache. I learned so many things about right living, right believing, and right loving. I was healed from the most poisonous mind set of all. I was healed from doubting my value, my worth, and my independence from the stones that life through at me and the people that threw them.

No matter what you are going through put it in God's hands. It is his desire to take care of us, heal us, make things right that others have wronged. He loves us unconditionally and when he forgives us he no longer even remembers what we did wrong. Our past sins and mistake are removed as far away from us as the east is from the west. He doesn't throw up the past in our face or try to manipulate us because of something that we did wrong. He releases us from our past and embraces us with arms of tenderness, mercy and forgiveness.

He will wash you with his love and embrace you. If you have not given your heart to Jesus I urge you to do so. He heals every part of our lives and gives us eternal life. If you are a Christian and struggling with the carnal mind and believing positively I urge you to learn how to fast, pray, and meditate on the word of God, the Holy Bible. I love you each and everyone. God bless you.
